Very easy to deal with

Very happy with the care given our cat this summer and last. The caregiver followed our instructions and was great about keeping in touch with us every day we were away.

It was our first cat-sitting experience with ROVER and we feel so very fortunate to have had Michelle to care for our 4-year old cat "Miso" for 10 days. She exuded such 'cat-loving energy' that our minds were put to ease immediately. Michelle always notified us right away if there were any slight scheduling tweaks that were needed. Her ever-so-detailed daily reports along with lots of photos really gave us a sense of how much joy Miso was having during her visits. We would highly recommend her!! The whole process from beginning to end was smooth and easy.

Dissapointing,1st couple we booked months before ,then cancelled 5 weeks before we were due to go away.Next sitter arranged to come round and never showed up ..twice.!.It became that late in the day that we have had to book our dogs in to kennels which is the thing we didn't want to do..I guess when it works its a good idea but you are completely at the whims of the sitters.We got dropped right in it by ours.

Ease of visiting sitters and very cost effective.

Our sitter Roxanne was better than we could have hoped. She kept us updated and took our dog Everly and walks and to parks.
