Constant updates, sitter asked questions that we hadn't thought of, was very knowledgeable about animal behaviors and special needs.

We had been trying to find a house and pet sitter for months for an almost 2 week trip to Europe. Less than 2 weeks out I consulted Rover and found a very experienced and trustworthy housesitter who happens to live nearby too. It was a great fit, particularly with my father who lives in our backyard. He's a hard one to please. Highly recommend.

Easy booking hard to change the title of bookings

Booking the stay was great, and easy to pay for! Being able to find a great caretaker for my pets was easy between being able to read their bios, and reviews. The person who stayed with my animals was fantastic, and she really put my mind at ease.

Great app.. I found what I needed quickly and my sweethearts were well taken care of.

I can trust Rover to provide a list of sitter's with honest profiles for the choosing. All the pertinent details are available with nothing hidden. The platform and communication was easy.

Today I have learned that Rover.com does not stand by people who use it. This is gross negligence and the fact that the person on the platform was listed as ‘good with elderly dogs’ and had great reviews did not make up for what happened after. This is Ken Ken and today was his last day 😭 He was obviously severely injured- while in the care of a Rover platform agent. Did the agent contact our friend right away or take him to an emergency vet? No. Nobody was even aware that he had been seriously injured and WASN’T ABLE TO EAT OR DRINK FOR 48 HOURS!! 🤬🤬 This morning he was in terrible pain and unable to move or get up. He had bruising all over his back and ripped and bloody paws. He was perfectly fine prior to being dropped off at the sitter. Rover has a guarantee - that they will pay up to $25,000 for vet bills if there is an accident or incident - FOR APPROVED CLAIMS. When there is serious injury/accident or loss of life, you would think that would be approved. Any pet sitter with a conscience who cares for your pet would certainly seek help immediately and notify the owner right?? No. Apparently they don’t even answer you unless they receive emails or nudging from someone mentioning legal action, so be forewarned. They want to sweep this under the rug. Do not let this happen.
