Incredibly easy to navigate and find a reputable dog sitter

Love Rover, but my last experience was not great.

Die Idee der App ist gut, der Aufbau an sich auch. Etwas mehr Übersicht wäre wünschenswert. Allerdings ist die Kommunikation mit potentiellen Sittern extrem schleppend. Es findet keine Kontrolle statt, ob die angemeldeten Leute überhaupt aktiv sind. So schreibst unendlich viele Leute an und erhält, wenn überhaupt, Ewigkeiten später eine Antwort. Es funktioniert in der Umsetzung einfach nicht gut. Ich habe meine Betreuung woanders gefunden, hier nicht.

The website is very hard to maneuver around. You’re not allowed to go back and look at your Dog Sitter for particular information like their address or phone number even though you’ve already given it to us plus that we were looking for the original description. You can’t talk to any live person. It’s always through your auto bots. Very frustrating. We have no problems with The Dog Sitter’s but the way Rover does it’s website is very non-personal.

Rover was just what I needed in a pinch. I signed up and immediately found a wonderful sounding sitter at a very reasonable price. Jillian responded immediately, we made arrangements and she took excellent care of my little Jenna while my son came to visit me at my new job out of state. Try easy to use the app, make payments and keep in touch with my sitter.
