I enjoyed the ease of using the app, communicating with potential sitters and reading reviews. The entire process made me more comfortable with hiring a sitter to take care of my boy. It's a comprehensive, well organized app that is user friendly.

My pet sitter was a terrible disappointment. I left a fair review (she never cleaned the kitty litter, my dog messed in the house twice, she didn't bring in our mail, didn't lock the door when she left). Rover didn't put my review on their site.

My Nala and Ronin felt relaxed with Samantha and she with them. There's few that I would trust Ronin, who can sometimes be overly cautious, alone with and I could tell he was comfortable

We were able to secure a fantastic pet sitter for our dog when we traveled out of state. Knowing that she was a Rover sitter have us the assurance that our dog would be well cared for. And she was. Our sitter had good communication before the date and was very flexible with the drop off and pick up time. We felt that our pet was in a great place and came back to us chill and happy.
