Leanne and Matthew were great. My little Teddy wax very well taken care of.

Jessica was an absolute life-saver! She treated my very people-shy cat with such patience and love! She sent me very detailed updates with photos and video, I would giver her 10 stars if I could!

Finding someone to watch my dog was easy. Dog was happy and healthy and would definitely use the same sitter for my dog again.

I'm glad there is a single source to go to online when seeking dog walkers, particularly because one can review backgrounds and experience all in one place. Thank you for helping with the process of hiring someone.

Great service again! Timely reports appreciated.

Shannan B. was great! She took very good care of my cats. This is the first time I’ve used Rover and I will definitely use them again and highly recommend! Barb B.

Trustworthy site and great experience! I was looking for somebody to have our mini dachshund while we went on holiday and was unsure about the legitimacy of the site when I first came across it but checked other reviews and it all looked good. I quickly and easily found somebody who was available to have him during our required dates, was local and already had good reviews herself on the site. It gave me peace of mind that we paid upfront but Rover paid the sitter once the booking was finished. We also had to slightly reduce our dates and this wasn’t an issue, Rover quickly refunded the money to us and the sitter was very accommodating. All communication was through the app but we got regular photos and videos throughout the holiday. Overall very happy with our experience and will definitely use again for future holidays, although I will definitely search for the same sitter again as she was brilliant!

Great service. Very easy to find sitters and the platform is pretty good
