My dog got kennel cough I had to take him to er cuz he wouldn’t stop pulling and pooping himself and coughing I felt so bad for him he got this from the rover house and it was first time I ever used rover

Found a wonderful sitter after 2 cancelled
I have made 3 in home care reservations with Rover. 1 cancelled 2 days before and another a few weeks before a stay. I made my reservations with sitters a few months in advance., so this was very frustrating. My last sitter was wonderful. Took great care of my 2 dogs.

The booking return time was incorrect…"Star sitter" wanted cash to pay for it and not go through Rover.
The booking return time was incorrect and I had to pay Joyce $20.00 cash for the two hour delay in picking up my puppy. I didn't have cash so I included it in the tip section. Rover stated the funds were delivered to Joyce but she stated she never received it. Joyce also wanted to charge me $50.00 for a sketcher shoe that my puppy got a hold of. Other smaller issues with Joyce that would keep me from rebooking with her but if she is considered a "star" sitter by Rover I would rather find another pet sitting service.
