I find this site very user UNfriendly. Everty time I have used it, if there needs to be any change, a time you have to start all over. I had a client also complain just yesterday that she didn't realize she hadn't submitted her reservation. then had to go in and start all over again.

I used Rover on 2 different occasions in different states. The sitters were friendly, helpful and new what they were doing. The convenience this platform was very helpful.
