I thought I had paid and confirmed my booking. I told the petsitter that I put in my credit card information last night to confirm. He argued with me when I told him I wanted to check my bank statement to make sure nothing did go through before I paid him and not pay him twice. He flipped out on me. Totally rude, disrespectful, and vey unprofessional. He told me to pick up my dog I had just dropped off a half an hour earlier. I had a ride planned to the airport for a training for work. He lives a half an hour from me. So, in an hour I had to go back to pick up dog because he refused the service that he had already agreed to and I had already paid for. He made up lies and accused me of purposely leaving my dog there forever and daid that I was threatening him. The only thinkg I said was I was reporting him to Rover. I had to request a police escort to go pick up my dog because this guy was acting like a maniac and was completely unstable. I had no idea if he was going to hurt my dog or start another fight so I had the police officer get everything and my dog from him. It was a very bad experience. I was literally shaking reading his texts because he accused me of trying not to pay him and I was committing "fraud." No one has ever accused me of fraud and talked to me like that. He needs to learn how to manage his emotions before he handles customers.

Brooke made the entire experience easy. She was so accommodating of our schedule and needs. She took photos every day and we were very comforted to know our cat was being so well cared for.

Rover was simple to sign up for and use, I found a pet sitter 2 weeks before a trip and it gave me peace of mind. I appreciated the updates and the pictures that I got in the app.

Was first time using Rover and the process was easy and the Walker was communicative and professional and personable. The reporting was great. Highly recommend.

It was easy to get the reservation.
