AWFUL EXPERIENCE I don’t usually resort to bearing my grievances on social media but in this case I can’t walk away. We had used this sitter once before and everything was OK. This time, we booked our dog in for a weeks stay whilst we went abroad on holiday. Weeks before I checked in with the sitter and all was OK. The DAY BEFORE we were due to fly I realised I had lost their address so contacted them at around midday and continually during the afternoon. By 7pm I had still not heard back so after emailing, texting and leaving voice messages I contacted the Rover emergency line, again, by texts and leaving a voice message. By 8:30pm nobody had got back to me and we were due to fly at 3:30pm the next day. Completely stressed, crying and in a panic, I cancelled the booking on Rover so I wouldn’t get charged for the whole week and wanted to have the courtesy of letting the sitter know we wouldn’t be turning up. On sending an email to Rover support, I have received no answers as to what happened. All they repeat is that they cannot tell me the details due to their privacy policy. They have said sorry and will refund any monies taken (initially they were going to charge me £105 for a late cancelation charge!) but that is not the point. This whole fiasco ruined the holiday, I spent most of the time angry and crying so be warned, don’t think you’re safe with your booking and Rover will look after you because they won’t. After receiving reply: You are not listening are you? Your emergency help line is useless, nobody came back to me with any help. No answers. Empty apologies.

Fue una muy grata sorpresa poder encontrar por casualidad esta empresa por internet, ya que nuestro perrito ya rescatado y adoptado lo pasaba muy mal al dejarlo en guardería canina , gracias a esta empresa nuestro perrito está súper cuidado atendido y mimado , inmaculada es una gran profesional solo tenemos palabras de agradecimiento

Finding a pet sitter, booking the event and communication with my sitter was so easy on the app!

It’s very convenient and the two dog walkers I have found on here have been great!

I like that the Sitter’s are pre-screened you monitor there check in and out. Secondly, filling a missing sitter who was scheduled is also great. I have not had to experience that part as yet but good to know my pet will be looked after is comforting.

Excellent care of my dog…daily walks, cuddling, and lots of photos during my absence. House was well cared for and clean when I returned.

Quality sitters provided! Great communication with Gabby during the stay! Cost was very fair for their care! Will request Gabby for our next needs!

Grace was very patient, kind, thoughtful and caring.
