My furbaby and I have arrived in Paris for a month-long sojourn, and I needed to acquirie necessary items and supplies during our stay. Regrettably, most shopping establishments would not allow pets. Mariana did an outstanding job of caring for my dog, who can be rather skittish; definitely attached to me. I appreciated her kindness. A consideration for older individuals who find inclines challenging is that the map for the care was further than anticipated, requiring approximately 45 minutes to drop off and pick up, with an incline leading up to the home. It sapped my energy somewhat. Next time, I would pay extra for Rover to pick up and return my dog to my accommodation.

We were very disappointed that Rover's Guarantee wouldn't help us at all with the vet bills to treat the parasite and contact allergy our dog clearly got while at the sitter's home. We contacted Rover, and they said the issues aren't covered by their guarantee. We paid vets over $400 to help our dog recover after her two week stay. Sure wasn't the great pet sitting experience we expected.

The app wouldn't load most days and it was annoying I couldn't see videos or the rover card till several days later

It matters to me that my dogs are treated and cared for as I want them to be cared for and treated. My Rover caregiver cares for my precious pups like he cares for his own dog - like family. Feeding correctly, playtime during the day, sleeping in the house and lots of pets and cuddles.
