Super easy and flexible to accommodate a last minute request

I can call them if I have a problem. People in customer service is friendly. The only thing I do not like is to be charged a service fee again if you add another day to service and have already paid for a service fee prior to the additional day.

My mom had suffered a stroke and needed help with taking out her fur babies. I used Rover to select someone to help her. She was AMAZING! She came for a week and not only walked the pups, but was super nice to my mom and mom would go on small walks with them to get her stamina back. I highly recommend Rover.

The sitter Madison did not listen to my instructions and she left the dogs alone for some time.
