I had a fantastic experience with Jade providing my family with peace of mind knowing how well she cared for our elderly dog. She was the best! Not only did she take great care of my dog Milo. She also took great care of my house by bringing in the trash can and retrieving our mail. I look forward to using Jade’s services on our next trip. Truly a great person and provider!

I was skeptical of using the app but my first experience was good. We went on a last minute trip and no dogs allowed. So we had to find a sitter as no family or close friends in our area as we just moved here. The sitter was great. Sent us pictures and kept us updated. It was easy.

Starr communicated very promptly. She also communicated with me each day she took Rufus for a walk which was nice. My mother absolutely loved her thought she was very polite and cared about Rufus. Rufus loves to play with her he enjoys her and only after the first walk I'll say that he actually waits for her. She even came on the holiday I thought that very nice of her to so. I can not lie he may have had a little too much turkey lol.

This was my first time using Rover and it greatly exceeded my expectations. Jessica, our walker, was so kind and communicated well. I will definitely be using Rover and booking with Jessica again. My mother in law lives in a retirement community so I’ve shared her information with her neighbors as well.

Very useful platform. Cannot live without it. Just be really careful who you pick as your boarder. I had awesome experiences and conversely one awful experience where my dog was bitten during his stay. Rover was very responsible and partially refunded his stay. However, customers just need to be very careful when selecting boarders especially when they allow multiple dogs/clients.
