We've had three different sitters/walkers over the past 2 years and all of them were great! I would recommend all them to family and friends.

Rover made it easy to find boarding for our dogs with short notice. Other boarding facilities have more requirements which can take up more time but with needing to find boarding in a short notice using Rover was perfect. Glad we found Rover and will continue to use over other boarding options.

It was so easy to get someone to watch my dog.

For years, we depended upon friends to watch our furry babies (we paid them, of course). This year we moved to an area for my work far away from friends and family. We tried finding someone the traditional way of going to the vet's office and asking if any vet tech or if they knew of someone who did pet sitting, but to no avail. I saw an add for Rover and thought let's give it a try. My wife was not very receptive to the idea at first as she didn't want a stranger in our home. I was able to convince her to give it a try. We found a local pet sitter on the app who had a lot of experience and was highly rated. She came to our home for a meet and greet and everything went well They took care of our dog and gave them their medication and we were very satisfied with their service. We definitely plan on using them in the future and it is a relief to know we can go to Rover and book a sitter to suit our needs .

Professional, caring person who watched my dog

We have had good luck with the sitters which is most important. The app however is not very user friendly. Specifically when you reach out to multiple sitters for coverage. When one accepts, it is so difficult to cancel the other requests (I actually haven’t found how to do it). Overall the app is just very clunky from a user experience.

The dog sitters were professional and experienced. I learned a lot about my dog and they handled her with great care. Good community!
