This service helped us to worry less about our cats while traveling for a short time for Christmas, and I'm sure it will be even less of a worry next time since we already feel more comfortable about using it. The sitter followed our instructions and was communicative during the process. We really appreciated it.

My sitter Anissa was amazing! My dogs have had a rough time this year. My husband passed away in April in a car accident and we lost our other dog two weeks later. My dogs now have separation anxiety. I was worried about leaving them for the first time. Anissa took the time to come over and meet them before I was due to leave. The dogs loved her and it make me so much more comfortable about leaving. Looking forward to my next trip and using Rover again!

I’ve used Rover a few times. While I’ve gotten some pretty great dog sitters, I’ve also gotten some not so great ones. I like the ease of the rover app. I like the process and payment options. I do NOT like the follow up of rover admin. I’ve filed a complaint about my most recent experience. Admin reached out saying they would review my complaint, yet it’s been a week and nothing. Silence. UPDATE: since the reply from company on 12/30 that someone would reach out to me… as of today 1/8, nobody from company has reached out. So my review stands.

Connected us with several dog sitter options. Nelly was wonderful! She cared for my brother mini Golden Doodles with loving kindness. I will hope to work with her again in the future for our dog sitting needs!
