Rover closed my account for requesting training for biting because my dog bit someone
Rover offers training for biting. My newly rescued dog bit a friend who came into our home unannounced and stuck their hand in the door. We all went for a walk after and our dog was perfectly fine with them, but I requested training from Rover to be safe. Rover asked for details about the bite, I gave them the details, and they closed my entire account. When I called for information, they said that it's their policy. I now cannot use Rover for any services with my other dog, who has never bitten anyone. I guess the moral of this story is to be careful with being honest with Rover.
