Veldig mange fine hundepassere antakelig, men appen er skikkelig dårlig. Må melde inn avtale om pass flere ganger selv om avtalt og jeg har betalt og alt synes i orden. Hvor mange ganger skal jeg gjøre denne øvelsen- var uklart inntil siste kveld før reise og pass.

Lots of good people to choose from. Information goes to both my Email and texts, which I appreciate, so I don't accidentally miss any messages. A couple of issues I had were that you must enter an exact time when you are first searching for a sitter, but we had not yet booked our flights because we needed to ensure we had a sitter for the dogs. So I guessed and put noon for both the day leaving and the day coming home. I forgot about this, and on the day we were to return, our sitter was booked to leave for another job hours before we returned. I had to scramble and find a neighbor to come feed and give medication to our dog. Totally my fault for forgetting to correct the time once we had our flights. I wish the app didn't ask for an exact time and that you could just discuss it with your sitter once you get in touch with them. The second issue is that if you have a serious problem with a sitter, as we did a while back, there is no one to report it to. I believe they want you to leave them a bad review. I was not comfortable with this option because new sitters can read your review, and because the issue was quite personal and serious. We decided to try again with a new sitter, and she was excellent.

Communication is always the key - you do it well

Stefhany and Jean provided a perfect home environment for our 3 year old rescue dog. He received great care and we were provided daily pictures of him in his temporary surrondings appearing happy and healthy. We plan on using them in the future.

The lady did a good job , well took care of my dog. I will come back to her again when I’m out of town. Thank you for your help.
