Völlig unzuverlässig
Völlig unzuverlässig. Gestern wurde mir ohne Begründung eine Buchung storniert und die Katzensitterin ihr Profil blockiert, sie selbst weiß nicht warum. Es geht keiner ans Telefon, emails werden nicht beantwortet und meine gebuchte Reise fällt somit wohl ins Wasser Völlig unseriös und unprofessionell.

A great Rover experience…
Finding someone through the Rover Platform was easy. Communication was great and Catalina took great care of my cat Gizmo. I had literally just moved into my new house 1 week before, and then had to go away for a week. My place was still not fully unpacked, but Catalina just did a great job in trying circumstances. I will be using Rover and hopefully booking Catalina again to look after Gizmo in the future when I travel.

Great Experience with Chloe!!
Chloe was awesome and compassionate with our doggies! She updated us through her visits with Crockett, Chancey, & Mo! Great customer service...we love her!!

Lack of mechanism to deal with inappropriate folk
The first person I contracted with for our September trip cancelled on me 10 days before my trip - because I don't lock my house when I'm here. I told her she could lock all the doors. Then she got upset because we don't lock the garage we share with upstairs tenants. And because in the summer we rent a section of our house through Airbnb and she didn't want those people waking in and out. I assured her there would be no reservations while she was here. I reported her odd behavior after she cancelled. I was told that because she cancelled within the legal cancellation period there was nothing they could do. If that was the end of it - you would only get 1*. But in desperation I made a contract with another Rover sitter who was brilliant. I think Rover should have some way to weed out inappropriate folk...
