Great platform for both sitters & owners
I’ve been using Rover for 5+ years both as a dog sitter and as a pet owner looking for care for my own dogs. Overall, it has been a great experience on both sides. The platform is convenient, easy to use, and has helped me connect with many wonderful dog owners—some of whom have even become friends. I would definitely recommend Rover to anyone looking for trustworthy pet care services.

Excellent cat care
The first time I’ve had to use a service for my 2 cats. Lipika was excellent she came everyday took pictures and sent me updates. She was worth every penny and I had such a peace of mind my cats were ok.

Easy communication process and clear…
Easy communication process and clear expectations. Dog sitter I used was kind, experienced and trustworthy. Need to factor in add on fees to sitters published rate and higher charges for "holidays" no matter major or minor.

Less stress
Last minute trip due to death in family. Would have been even more stressful if not for Rover.

Great experience and more
Made it easy to fill out on line and was given photo, list of people and about them. They got back with you quickly and efficiently plus friendly. Easy to access . I really like Rover.com site . Its best site. User friendly and the many services provided are excellent. Keep up good work!

I used Rover for the first time to find a sitter for our 4 fluffy kids. The sitter we hired was wonderful.

Very good website
Very good website. They keep a nice provider list and monitor outcomes and communication. They seem to vet there providers well. Have used Rover at least 6 times and each time was very pleased with the service.
