Rover uses sitters that have background checks, use transparent reviews, and ask a lot of relevant questions when you are selecting a sitter so the instructions are clear. I will 100% use Rover again!

I had a great experience with my dog sitter. Overall service was fantastic! Easy application and user experience

Great app that does the background check for you. Put us in touch with a spectacular dog sitter. Holds the payment until the job is completed.

The company and the people who subcontract through them are so friendly, patient, hard-working, compassionate, and really care for animals. I have no regrets utilizing them for my cat.

Jeremiah was amazing and provided exceptional service. He ensured I was abreast of inventory for nearly 2 months until he found the right vehicle for me.

I would give zero start if it would be possible Thanks to their useless and no background checks on careers we nearly lost our dog They allow registration for unverified people Please do not use them if you can ! And as you can see they asked to contact and it’s the same team who said they do t really care that my pet stopped walking ! Please avoid if you love your pet

I found having just moved to a new house in a new state I ended up with a very competent and reliable pet sitter for the duration of our trip. This was why I chose Rover and found my experience to be very satisfactory.

There are many options for interviewing different dog/house sitters on Rover and the reviews and security of background checks on them makes us feel more confident in leaving our pets and home in a strangers care.
