We needed a dog sitter at the last minute after our sitter had to cancel the night before we were going on a weekend trip. The great thing about Rover is we found several options near the place we were vacationing and we got immediate responses from several people. The sitter we chose was excellent, giving our dog great care and giving us peace of mind. The app is pretty easy to use and communication with the sitter was quick. Within about an hour or so of downloading the app we were all set with our plans!

Great experience. Walker was very nice and arrived on time. Our pet liked her a lot and enjoyed his time with her.

An bungled merge with Cat In A Flat app. The Rover app is not designed for cat sitting, the fees are much higher and the requirements (e.g. selecting a timeslot, staying 30mins min) are not compatible with cats. Not to mention there were no comms regarding the merger, just logged in one day unable to access upcoming bookings, messages and no reviews on my profile - a crazy way to roll out such a huge update.

Site is easy to use, has great vendors, and is reasonably priced. We all need to know our pet is safe and well cared for when we are away. This site offers a means of obtaining those quality services.

Application peu transparente. A fuir !

Through Rover I have found excellent dog sitters for boarding and day care. Because of that, I feel more comfortable leaving my dog if I go on vacation. I know they are well cared for and safe in a home like environment. My dog would not do well in a kennel environment.

I choose the sitter because she had 100 5 star reviews. Kimberlee was very kind and professional. We set up a meet and greet at her home and my dog was very happy and comfortable with her and the dogs there. She followed her dietary restrictions and sent me photos and videos and updates throughout her entire stay. She had great communication and i felt that my dog was very safe in her hands. I will definitely be using her in the future and im glad i chose rover to her find her. 100/10 experience!
