We had the BEST sitter. We found it very easy to connect with the best fit for our dog. We were able to choose someone who was in close to our home. We were able to choose someone with great reviews. I think my favorite was how our sitter was requested for clients repeatedly. The site posted all of the necessary information. Would definitely recommend Rover.

App made sense and linked us a great cat sitter!

When we were planning a vacation, a friend recommended Rover.com as an option to care for our cats while we were away. I downloaded their app and researched some of the caregivers. I found Nina, who lives within 5 miles of my house. She had good reviews so I set up a meeting with her. She seemed like a good fit and our kitties liked her. Throughout the time we were away, Nina communicated daily updates about our kitties. She also sent photos and really helped us feel our pets were safe and cared for. That was our first trip. Recently, we went on another trip and were able to book with Nina again. She consistently provided great service and when we came home, we could tell our kitties had been well cared for. I will definitely be reaching out to her again for our next trip!

The experience with the sitter was very good. However, it is confusing choosing a sitter and booking for an overnight visit, and not knowing ahead what hours the sitters consider "overnight" - and then whether an additional day-time visit is needed by them, or by another dog walker. Also, I kept getting error messages from Rover about my text messages, indicating I was including my phone number, when I was only including dates to confirm the sitter and I were on the same track. For example, does "overnight" end at the end of a date, or the next morning? And then at what time that morning.

Martha was so kind to our dog who had never been away from us. She made us comfortable leaving him with her. He was loved and very well taken care of. She sent us many pictures and videos. It was a great first experience.
