Not worthy of his title
This guy does not deserve to be a 5 star pet sitter. He lacked care and interest in pet sitting.

Rover for a personalized touch
Easy way to find a sitter for my puppy that was closer to the house with a more flexible pick up and drop off hours than boarding business.

You listed a sitter as a Star Sitter…
You listed a sitter as a Star Sitter and she was far from that. Not sure if I trust Rover.coms rating system.

To remain in the star sitter program sitters must maintain a 4.9 or higher star rating from reviews of past stays, they must respond to 95% of their requests within 24 hours, have less than 2% last minute cancellations, lack previous safety concerns, and so much more. Great connections, watch the price
Rover did connect me with 2 young women who have been awesome. My beef with them is the added fees, not disclosed until I was checking out. I booked someone over Memorial Day, and with the “holiday fee” and the Rover fee, the cost was double what I thought it would be.

Meet and greets are very much advised
Like any middleman company you have to screen your sitter for your self and your dog's opinion my end decision ended up being perfect I got video everyday my dog is young and can be a handful and they did very well with him I would highly recommend this service
