easy to use, good pricing

Overall good experience. Signing up was relatively painless. Dog walker is excellent, showing up on time, great with my dog. My dog gets so excited when she comes and she is worn out when she gets home. Mission accomplished!

What I liked most wss the notification that my caregiver was at the house and again when she left. I did not use the app but should have. I was able to choose and meet the caregiver before the contract started. I will use Rover again if I ever need pet care. Eight days without a hitch!! Excellent!

Awesome sitter olivia was amazing n so was the whole process through Rover.. ❤️

This was the first time using Rover and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. As soon as I met Gina during home visit I felt very comfortable and knew I picked the right sitter. Gina was awesome .. she communicated and sent pictures everyday of my cat Lucy while I was away. I would highly recommend using Rover and will be using this service in the future. (Gina too)

Constant communication options Ease of payment and tipping Ease of rebooting Options of quality caretakers

I have been using Rover for 10 years and book the same sitter (Cheryl) every year. She’s experienced, professional, completely trustworthy, and if she ever retires, I will be screwed for a pet sitter.

Our sitter was just great. She really cared for our pets.
