He was great, sent us photos every other day. Our mind was at ease during our Japan trip. I had a question on my positive review for the sitter and Rover responded right away informing me how long it usually takes to post. It's nice to be able to hear a response and not be in limbo wondering if I did things right. Highly recommended.

Our Dogwalker, Hallie Friedman, has been an important source of support to our family. All of our dogs have loved her. She truly grasps that our pups are family members. She is punctual, efficient and caring. We have always trusted her with our pups, with entering our home and with providing the care we seek for our animals. Great Dogwalker and care provider! My partner and I have had a really good experience with Rover. We've used them 3 times for week long getaways and of course some sitters are better than others (If you're in the Katy/Houston area, check for Amaya. She's amazing.), but every sitter we have personally worked with has done a good overall job and took care of our fur baby. So yeah, I'd recommend Rover.
