Disgusted to see a sitter on the site who looked after our dog 4 years ago. My dog was attacked by another dog they were looking after. It was only for a at but it had not been reported to me at all until I picked him up. The sitter then made false accusations saying my dog was jumping up all day and misbehaving etc etc. total lies! Now I’ve just seen them back on rover, they’ve moved address but I’m absolutely shocked after I submitted my report with the pictures of the attack on my dog.

Found an excellent sitter for my pup while going on vacation

We found a pet sitter we realy wanted to book for an upcoming holiday so set up an account but it was not possible to complete because we never received a verification code to complete the account set up on either of the numbers we provided (and its not our phone settings or providers fault, we use text verification on numerous accounts with no problem) we tried the 'get help' but it was no help at all so we emailed Rover support and received an automated reply saying 'we will be in touch shortly' and that is now 7 days ago with no response. The sitter we wanted to use looks great but I will not ever use or recommend this company as there is no customer service, what happens if you do manage to book a sitter and there is a problem!!!

We loved our new pet sitter! She listened and followed all our instructions. The dogs loved her and she sent lots of pictures to us while we were gone. They looked very happy and cuddled on her lap or next on the couch! It is so nice to know we can go away and know our dogs are in good hands...

Liz was excellent with my dog and he had fun playing with her dog &.the-rover site was easy to get in and set up the meet and greet with the sitter and kept me well informed will I was gone on how he was doing

Garrett is great with our girl. She loves going. He communicates with us quickly and efficiently. We feel very blessed to have him watch our her!
