Communication was a 5 with tracking system. Navigation initially was a bit tricky with setting set up; however, that could’ve been me.

Had a great pet sitter. She stayed at the house with our older dog while we were out of town for a few days. He was very well taken care of and she even watered the garden and cleaned the house. We will definitely use her again on Rover.

I felt comfortable using Rover based on its long history. Also the rating system of the petsitters.

So far our Boarder, Monica, has been terrific! We wouldn’t want mom mom’s dog to be cared for by anyone else moving forward!

You choose your provider from profiles, reviews, contacts, and location. We found the right boarding home for our dog a year and-a-half ago, and have used the provider for 3 vacations since (total of 5 weeks). Consistent, reliable, he & our dog like each other, and he's a nice guy to deal with. Very happy.
