The communication between the sitters I have used has always been consistent. I am also nervous leaving my dog but I do find it a lot easier knowing either one is here. I also really appreciate the pictures sent and knowing everything is going well.

Still not resolved and now I'm being…
Still not resolved and now I'm being ignored! This is the most ridiculous business transaction I've experienced. I need a supervisor to contact me! My review isnt showing up to warn other clients about Mary and I feel like this isnt her 1st time abandoning a client's animals! And im still waiting for someone to reimburse me for the carpet cleaning. Mary did NOT even let my babies out to potty in 18 hours, so my living room became their bathroom! This is unacceptable!

They are time sensitive
It was an OK experience didn’t realize that the sitter wouldn’t try to make sure that the animal eats

We love the way the dog seat fits in…
We love the way the dog seat fits in our car. The one negative i have is that there were no paper instructions. It took way longer to get my questions answered when putting it together because I had to look it up online. Other than that, we love it!
