Having a Great Pyrenees that’s very protective of his “flock” (owners) makes it hard to find someone who would be willing to make it through the front door. Alex did that and into Hotdog’s heart! He truly has a way with animals and we’re happy to have someone our big dog trusts!

My experience was much better than great. I found Alexandria and she was sent from god!! Never have I had a Dogsitter that went above and beyond!! My dog was so happy and well cared for that when I arrived home she didn’t know who to run to! Me or her! I am so grateful to have found Alexandria on Rover!

The sitters that look after my dog where great! What I consider as room for possible improvement is the app. Scheduling for longer periods, updates, communication during the appointment and flexibility to easily change are areas that can be improved.

Tracey kept on schedule with Milo’s visits & did everything we asked of her & more!

Alexis & Collin H were excellent care providers for Lily. You spoiled her just like she was at home! ❤️ You gave her the love, attention, affection, and special treatment that made her feel comfortable, happy, and loved. It means so much to know that she was not just being cared for, but was being treated like family.

I feel like the company never checks on the sitter. What qualifies them? Should have for sitter and dogs owners. I was shocked when we picked the up. They acting very depressed. No tail waging, no reaction to seeing us. Then I noticed a raw area on the male dog. max. His hair was gone and a very obvious raw area. I questioned the sitter. She stated he was rubbing his head. She checked it and seem to her ok. Well once I was able to look at them, I could see fleas on both dogs. I very bad case. Prior to the sitting, we had them both groomed. There were fine. They never had fleas. It took all most 5 days before they made eye contact. A week before they played.
