Great communication. A smooth platform to read about and hire pet sitters.

I have only used Rover once for a 3-day period, but it was a good experience. Communication was good and our sitter was on time and followed instructions. I will be going on a two week trip in early September, and I will be hiring the same cat sitter, so hopefully that will go well too.

Andrew was great. Made us feel so comfortable about leaving our dog. Sent us updates and pictures.

During my two weeks of itting two days were called premium days so I had to pay premium price for all 14 days. I thought this was wrong.

Excellent Service.

A family medical emergency called us out of state and we needed care for our older cats while we were away. This was a very immediate action that required a quick booking. We relied on Rover for the first time and received exemplary service. Kaley contacted us immediately and worked with us through the process of feeding and care, alarm system use, specialized health care needs, and possible time extension. We constantly received updates and photos during the 4 days we were away. The house was secure when we arrived home and the cats were happy. Oh, and this happened during a holiday when Haley was already very booked.

The care for my dog was excellent. I will definitely use the service again.

Did not address my review or refund me for items that were not returned to me. Asked for pictures but I am unable to take pictures of missing items.
