The platform is easy to use and it took no time for me to set up a profile. Rover allows you to communicate easily either your sitter and sends notifications about when your sitter has begun the visit and pictures that are sent. I felt like the whole process was smooth, from finding a sitter to leaving a tip at the end.

Avoid, they get money for nothing and are just an introduction service. What they say about protection and compensation is absolutely not true. We had an incident with our dogs and they did not help in any way, just took our money. We had to pick our dog up, lost our full holiday money, and they did nothing whatsoever to help. The service very slow and very poor.
