Love the app! Love the ease of use.

Je n'ai jamais pu récupérer les clefs de mon domicile par la Pet-Sitter. Je demande des comptes à ROVER et je suis sans cesse en relation via des robots avec des réponses automatiques. Aucune personne réelle avec qui échager pour avoir des solutions concrétes à m'apporter. C'est une expérience désastreuse ! Je regrette amèrement mon choix.

Love the pet care I've found through Rover. At this point I've had 4 different sitters over the years and they all have been communicative and taken great care of my cat. The only reason I ever switched any of them was because they either stopped doing the service or moved away. I have one sitter now who I've used consistently for about 2 years straight and she takes such good care of our cat while we're gone.

I have used Rover.com to find people to care for my pet as a great alternative to putting my dog in a kennel.....which would be TORTURE for my dog! He is a very calm, pampered boy, that has never been kenneled in his entire life ....of 5.5 years. He lives the life humans could only dream of! LOL....but true. So, he needs a home environment where he can feel safe, secure and enjoy a happy, serene space. Dated 7-18-26
