The person never showed up and I was scammed for my money. I’ve been trying to reach Rover for days. There should be a refund option.

Kelly was very thorough. She took very detailed notes. She documented all of her work with pictures! She went above and beyond in every area of care. She washed pet bowls, lick mat, and so much more. I almost don't want to let everyone know how good she is...because I want her to be available when I need her!

It was easy to find providers in my area and to get a sense of who they are and my cost before I reach out to them. I liked seeing their ratings too. I didn't realize at first that I was not responding to my provider, I was responding to the Rover emails, so that took a bit to figure out.
