Rover condones dog walkers that don't show up to walk dogs they are scheduled and paid to walk but lie and say they did. I paid for 14 30-minute walks and dog walker showed up six times and collectively walked the dog for a total of one hour with no repercussions.

Seamless communication with the sitters is a big deal. The site does a good job at this.

This is a great service. I’m so glad we were able to find it and use it. The communication with everyone that was interested was great. And I love that we could meet with them before the scheduled time they were needed for.

I had a great experience with the person I booked through Rover. She did a fantastic job, and I tipped her afterward. Unfortunately, Rover’s excessive follow-up emails have really soured the experience. Ever since the booking, I’ve been constantly getting emails asking me to book her again, rate my experience, and respond to other follow-ups. It feels like nonstop spam. I understand sending one follow-up after a service, but the frequency is excessive and incredibly irritating. Rover, please give customers some breathing room. A good experience doesn’t need to be followed by endless marketing emails. It actually makes me less likely to use the platform again.

GREAT SERVICE!!

Used Rover for the first time last week. Had a guy come stay at our house with our 2 small dogs. He was great. Sent lots of pics and stayed in great communication. Left the house immaculate. Will definitely use Rover again!

Me llegan los mensajes para cuidar una mascota y luego cuando contesto no responden, me hago la ilusión de cuidar porque me encantan los animales y me quedo sin respuesta. Me instalé la ap en el móvil y active todas las notificaciones porque antes tenía la ap por falta de espacio en la tablet,contesto como mucho en media hora porque tampoco estoy con el móvil a todas horas en la mano y ya nada desaparecen y estoy me ha sucedido ya tres veces y luego hasta que no aceptan o archivo mi perfil no está visible.
