I had no idea there was such an amazing ecosystem of animal/house sitters, and such a great system for finding, managing, and rating customers, sitters, and critters!!!

Mady and Bandit made my Rover experience great! They were very welcoming. Mady was attentive to the needs of my fur baby, nice walks, lots of photos and plenty of playtime in the yard with Bandit!

Colleen was perfect for Charlotte! She took great care of her and they got along great- we have used Rover in the past and have been very happy every time!!

Loved our pet sitter. She is wonderful. Anna is a reliable and caring person. She took great care of our cat and went above and beyond with regard to meeting his needs.

Customer Service Response I have looked after many dogs through Rover and never had an issue before two weeks ago when it comes to been paid. This time, a booking was quoted as 'cut short' without my input as to facts of the case. The first I hear about it is when I look after another dog a week later and was waiting to be paid and I'm yet to receive the payment. I have tried customer service several times via email and just to get a stupid repeat of how they process payment and payment 'will be in due time'. As others have said 'how long does it take to get paid'. It is 10 days now. It seems as dog sitters you are powerless to do anything about it especially in the UK It is an awful waste of time to chase payment via a small claim court, but feel there is no other option! The response I get from Rover later in the day just proves my point - did not read the review. It is a UK based issue, why would I be trying to ring a US number which costs a fortune. Also checked the bank this morning and still no payment. So even though you have done the dog/cat sitting, the individual pays, you are not always guaranteed to be paid. Wonder how many pet owners know this!

Found a boarder for our dog quick and easy, second time we have used the app, gives multiple choices boarders and reviews on them, makes paying them easy to.

We have used three different caretakers for our pets through Rover. Each one has been terrific: very professional, caring, kind, communicative, and supportive. We never had any problems or concerns and feel like we’ve left our pets in great hands. It’s such a relief that we don’t need to leave them in a cage!
