Rover has treated me really badly. I am a dog sitter registered with them and even though I have earnt them a lot of money as they take 15% of everything I earn they have dropped me from the searches and put me on a ‘low follow through rate’ as they are saying I haven’t had enough repeat customers. Well I have only been doing this for 6 months and have 19 five star reviews. I have tried talking to them and not getting anywhere as they say I have to have repeat customers. I can’t force people to have more than 1 holiday a year! Also how am I meant to get repeat customers when nobody can find me on the searches. I am very frustrated and disappointed by the service they provide to the sitters registered with them. As per your reply I am based in the Uk so haven’t got a telephone number to discuss this with anyone. I have tried the chat and emails but am getting stupid replies about building up my clientele when I cannot do that as you have made it impossible for anyone to find me on the search function. They have really good people working for them. You can tell they love pets, and are very conscientious about their work. Great communication to us while we were away. Very reasonably priced.

Have used this service before And it's very easy to find someone I am comfortable pet setting my dog. Easy to pay, easy up communicate

My sitter, Cate, was very friendly, and cared about my cats and their unique personalities. She took the extra time to interact with them beyond the basics, and the cost wasn't too high. I would hire Cate to look after them again when they need it!

Using Rover is very easy to do. It gives you a list of sitters and the charges up front. I love being able to do the meet and greets before confirming. I have had great success with this app and the sitters!
