There were several listings. Everyone responded and were friendly. It worked out very nice for us

Yule was a pleasure to work with and our two Shih Tzus adore him.

We were apprehensive initially due to the temperament of out dog. Jeanette from Rover came in on the initial introduction and calmed the waters. She stayed in our house for a week, and everything turned out great. Hoping to book her again soon.

Rover was easy to navigate and I could choose the sitter's profile that best fit my location and pet needs. Once chosen, it was easy to book the sitter and the fees were straightforward. My dog had such a great experience with the one-on-one attention from the sitter at her house that we have continued to book her through Rover and hope to keep it going!

Our dog sitter was wonderful! We were very happy using the Rover app.

Communication with sitters was quick and easy, once we connected with one (of 2 that we requested dog sitting last minute) we were able to message them with our delayed arrival time. During our day at an amusement park, the sitter sent us photos of our dog. When we picked her up hours later, we could tell that she had been treated kindly and was exercised. The app was very easy to use. We received a “report card” after the service where the sitter outlined everything our dog did in the 5 hours, including the route they took on their 2 walks and more photos.
