Hello, You should never have to discover your delivery by spotting boxes in the driveway. We apologize for the missing notifications and the way your order was left, and we’re following up with our delivery partner on both. For clarity, your sofa arrived on the 12th business day, inside the 10 to 15 business day lead time, though we agree you should have had updates throughout.
