This couch is everything! From the comfort to the fabric to how quickly it expands—it truly lives up to what they claim. I set it up yesterday, and when I woke up today it looked even better. Many of the lines had already smoothed out, which was something I was initially worried about since I wanted it to look just like the photos on the website. If you’re worried about that too, don’t be. The fabric feels strong and durable, exactly as described. I’ll come back with an update on the water-resistant feature—I’m curious to see how well it works (hopefully I never have to test it, but accidents do happen!). The couch is incredibly comfortable, and I love the depth of the seating. The loveseat is definitely more spacious than a typical small loveseat, and the ottoman is the perfect size. Honestly, I give this couch and the company a 10/5. I’m so happy with it.

i bought the marshbello loveseat in blue. delivery and set up were easy and the couch is relatively comfortable. it doesn’t look exactly the same shape as it does online but it’s cute. proportions are a bit weird, it’s low to the ground but that doesn’t bother me (i’m 5’7”) - what does bother me is that the seat is very deep and the back is very straight and rigid so i always need a pillow behind me to feel supported. it’s not as comfy as i hoped but it’s alright! but now, the real reason i wanted to write this review: the pricing and the FAKE SALES. i bought this about six months ago, after seeing someone post about it on ig. i saw they were having 50% sale and felt some urgency to decide and buy. 6 months later, not a week has gone by that i don’t get an ad that rove lab is 50-60% on sale. for every holiday imaginable like “good news guys! it’s father’s day so we’re having a sale! it’s autumn now and we’re having a sale!!!” meanwhile the couch has always been the same price the whole time and has never once been the supposed “full price”. now i’m seeing the black friday ads and i know ppl will buy thinking this is a discount: it’s not, and it’s annoying manipulative marketing that makes me inherently mistrust the brand. the product is ok but i’ve learned my lesson about believing something is a good deal without seeing proof.

I bought over $2500 cdn amount of stuff and it was all garbage. So disappointed with it. The couch doesn’t even come up to my knees. I’m only 5’9. And the stuff didn’t expand properly. Trash and garbage is still a compliment. Don’t waste your money

I ordered the M1 in Krypton green but wanted the corner unit to turn my couch into a right angle. The corner unit wasn’t available in the US but the support team helped me get connected with the Canadian team and get it shipped out from there. The experience was great and I’m thrilled to have my couch!

I got my couch fast and was such an easy experience to set up, it is so comfortable! Also given the new Black Friday sales going on right now, it’s hard to pass up on. Big shoutout to Riley the Lab Scientist for helping me with all my questions and going above and beyond!

I love my Rove Lab Marshbello couch ! It’s so comfy and the fabric is gorgeous in the krypton green color. I had a zipper problem with the middle piece, Rove Lab customer service stepped up and remediated the issue straight away. We are finally lounging as a family in our living space now that we have a comfy couch to hang out on.

I accidentally shipped my couch to my old address. I called and immediately received help. Nicko made sure I received excellent customer service. He was patient, corrected the address, and explained next steps clearly.
