Quality seems good
Quality seems good. Pillows are good, but could be the same size as the full back of the sofa. The sofa itself is quite firm, even after a month of continuous use. I get that it kind of has to be in order to keep its shape over long periods of use. My suggestion would be to increase the heights of the arms and/or nominally decrease the height of the seats and add fluffy pillows to the seats that are the full size of the seat. This would allow the sofa to keep its shape over the life of the piece and also offer a more comfortable sofa for people who wish it was less firm (like me).
