RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing LLCReviews of roundpointmortgage.com

New servicing? Mtg transfers are to happen 15 days before the actual payment is due, RIGHT. Today Mar 22 I received my notice that Cooper sold it to Roundpoint, Have received nothing from Roundpoint. Hated Cooper and it appears Roundpoint is going to be just as bad. And just like Cooper, you will notice that you can't get in touch with anyone, you have to email or leave a message.

Jane was extremely helpful after a negative experience with another person. I also had two 'disconnects' afterwards so I was very unhappy at the time Jane answered my inquiry. Since our loan was sold to Roundpoint last November I have had several frustrating experiences! I now understand the complicated escrow for our taxes. Thank you for hiring people like Jane!

It was great, I spoke to Alex very patient in explaining the biweekly payments process and made me understand he was on the phone with me until I understood the process I really enjoyed his professionalism Thank you Alex

My husband had an excellent experience. His conversation was productive and we got all of our questions answered.

Good service and they are friendly

The representative was very helpful, answered my questions, and provided the information I needed.

Your customer service rep called me about a totally different mortgage issue which had me very frustrated with RoundPoint. After speaking with her, we eventually resolved both issues and it was not easy, but her knowledge and listening ability was the best I've experienced with RoundPoint so far. What started out as a bad experience with your company was turned into a very positive experience by this Service rep, due to her understanding and patient approach to helping me as a customer.

The design of the Recast form laking multiple points of information needed to feel assured all is correct and complete. Your Team member was excellent yet needed to double check all four questions. A direct phone number to the Recast Dept would have been extremely helpful. I am prepared to expand your shortcomings if you would prefer. Acc number is 1008508184 Tel 803-508-6336
