Customer service is prompt, polite and quality of product is great! I definitely will be purchasing again.

Awesome colours! Awesome variety of colours, the gels are amazing but are a little on the thick side. I find the brush has alot of product stuck to it so you will need to open/close extremmmmely slowly. Other than that, awesome products.

Rossi has amazing products and services! I love their glow and thermal range of dips too because they're so sensitive

Great product. Love not having to go to the salon. Takes a bit to receive but otherwise very happy

Recently bought from them fast shipping products were amazing colours were the exact same as the photos on the website and have recommended them to family and friends could not fault anything about them!

All bad! I'm writing this review after waiting for several weeks for my order. Customer service sent a tracking code that is not real. It said the package was in the country with the local courier and the courier company just confirmed it has not arrived yet. So at this point I'm not sure what to believe. If I ever get to receive the package I will be writing about the quality of this product.

Don't waste your money. Made in China. Shipping is way too long, and the colors aren't even close to what they advertise. Buyer beware!

I have to say that after I ordered this last week, I saw the reviews on here and was super scared, but I couldn't believe it took a week and a half and I had my kit and pens that I ordered. They are wonderful and it was exactly what I wanted. So worth the money. I will order again. Thanks Rossi.
