It was an excellent experience
It was an excellent experience, the German-speaking excursion to Schoenbrunn on 23.09.26 at 16:05. The guide was great, I did not l notice how the 2,5 hours flew by.

La guide était super. Elle s'est exprimée dans un très bon français avec petite anecdote alors qu'elle est autrichienne. Le palais de Sisi est merveilleux.

De tour was heel mooi
De tour was heel mooi. Onze gids vertelde alles op een hele leuke manier. Alleen was 2,5 uur best lang. Ook omdat het warm was en in het museum erg druk

Bad communication
Bad communication. Changed the date for walking tour. Gave only one alternative date option. Left if too late to respond to my message asking about alternative dates. Leaving me in the position that I couldn't cancel and get a refund as I was within the 24 hour window of the original walking tour. Only Viator refunded me this company didn't care.
