The guide Mario was really good and very knowledgable. I just found it very tiring. I am 69 and struggled standing in one place for quite a while at each stop. I was fine when walking around and in the gardens but 2 1/2 hrs in the palace was too long for me

De tour was heel mooi. Onze gids vertelde alles op een hele leuke manier. Alleen was 2,5 uur best lang. Ook omdat het warm was en in het museum erg druk

La guía del Hofburg, fue excelente. Mucho contenido en la explicación, muy amable, siempre atenta y la visita super completa. La visita a Schõnbrunn no fue tan bien. Para empezar el guía de habla inglesa fue muy mal educado, casi insultante y despectivo. Lunes 3 de agosto 15.05h El de habla español hacia chistes de mal gusto que solo se reía el. Algunos de sus comentarios, no fueron profesionales y sobraban. Además de algún gazapo histórico.Decepción.

Alex was so knowledgeable! Our only small criticism was that the tour lasted a lot longer than it was scheduled for, although he did tell us to feel free to leave if we had other things scheduled for the day. We got to see so many palace rooms and to thoroughly enjoy the stunning gardens. Alex was a lot of fun!

It was nice that it was only me and my friend on the food tour. The guide was informative about all things Polish. However, it didn't seem like anything was really set up beforehand. Also, it would be helpful if you mentioned which tour I am meant to comment on, as we were doing a lot of tours in Poland.

Ben was incredibly knowledgeable about Irish history and culture, and we really enjoyed spending three hours exploring with him. Our group of six included kids and an older family member, and he kept everyone engaged throughout. One small suggestion would be to include a few planned stops with benches along the way, as standing and walking for the full three hours was a bit tiring for both the younger and older members of our group.
