If I could have gave them -5 I would have. Do not buy anything from them. They have the worst customer service ever. I ordered one for my wife's birthday, I even paid extra for FEDEXAIR shipment. After my wife's birthday past and I was empty handed, they send me a USPS tracking number. I checked the USPS website, they say that they are waiting for the package and they only order the label!!!! I wish I had never seen their website. Worst experience ever.

It's truly something quite remarkable. Looking at my rose in the glass dome now. It's gorgeous. There's a magical feel to it. I love it. Most definitely recommend them. Will order one for my daughter soon.

My order no.1537 , Date : 31/12/2018 , order items is everlasting rose 30 large size set . Order value 4400 USD. After waiting more than month for delivery and after many follow up emails they send wrong size then I tried to contact them by email to explain the situation but no response at all . I don’t have any telephone number. Now I don’t know what to do ! I bought this order for a customer of mine and i can not deliver to him . This is totally unprofessional and i will never buy from them again. It was wrong and stupid decision when I thought to buy from them .

I was kind of scared to buy these at first because of the mixed reviews and scary looking pictures of what people claimed they received. I am happy that I received exactly what I ordered.
