If there was a zero, that’s what I’d give this company. I’ve been trying to get a refund from them since my return was delivered to them in Oct. I still don’t have the refund. I’ve contacted them since many times and they either don’t answer or have some auto reply. I do not recommend buying anything from them. They have a F rating in BBB.

Made in China, not Fenton, MO like their website states. Usually, when a company has their products produced in China they have it shipped back to the US and ship to the customer from their US based warehouse. This allows the company to inspect the shipment and ensure the quality of manufacturing. I am sure much of what I purchase is indeed manufactured in China but when I order it is not usually shipped to me from China.

Avoid this brand!! Bought 2 bras on 10 Oct 24 - 12/10: said my order is on the way - their tracking site showed unknown status - 30/10: emailed their customer service about my parcel location - 3/11: got a reply saying that my parcel has been shipped but "THE TRACKING HASN'T BEEN UPDATED, THIS IS NORMAL (USPS SOMETIMES DOES THIS WITH OUR ORDERS), THE TRACKING WILL UPDATE IN ANOTHER FEW DAYS, JUST BEFORE IT IS DELIVERED TO YOU" not very helpful - checked with USPS tracking site and it showed that the label has been made but not yet in the system because the parcel hasn't been given to USPS - checked with Yanwen tracking and the only update is "order processed by shipper" on 11/10 - up until today (22/11), no parcel in sight, tracking still show unknown status this is definitely a scam and obviously I'm not the only victim. My only vault was not checking their reviews online before buying the products

No response from customer service. Ordered 2 bras, they shipped 1. No message re:missing item. No response to any form of messaging to resolve this. My concern is for customer service not the bras. There are several ways to contact them but I needed to give the information on the missing bra and no human response until about a week or so later.

I made ordered 4 bra’s, different styles. They posted a 30 day return policy so I thought it would not be a problem to return it exchange them if needed. I received my order on September 9th and unfortunately none of the bras fit me. I emailed them on Sept 17th requesting a refund (following instructions on their website). It’s been 48 hrs and no acknowledgement or response yet. Frustrating…

I believe this company is a scam. Do not order from them. It’s been weeks and I cannot get ahold of anyone. They are being reported to the BB in the hopes that they do not scam others.

I found this company on Facebook. All of the companies that I have found selling garments or other helpful items have had the same kind of service. They are very deceptive. They claim to be located in the US clearly a lie. They take weeks to ship anything. They have a policy of not refunding your money even if they ship you something that they had on hand, but you didn’t order. My new policy is not to order from any company on Facebook unless it is one that I have dealt with before and happened to know that it is a US company.

This company misleads the public when they say they are located and operate out of Fenton MO. They may receive orders at Fenton,MO, but their product comes from overseas. So if you think your buying a USA product, you are not.
