Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We truly appreciate your honesty and are very sorry to hear about your experience with the ring’s condition upon arrival. We’re glad to know that you found our customer service and shipping process smooth, and we also appreciate that you had the gold and diamond verified as authentic. However, we completely understand your disappointment upon noticing scratches on the stone — especially since this was meant for such a special moment. We want to assure you that this is not the level of quality or inspection standard we uphold at Rosec Jewels. Each piece goes through multiple quality checks before shipment, and we’re currently reviewing this issue with our quality assurance and manufacturing teams to ensure this does not happen again. Please reach out to our customer care team with your order details — we’ll be more than happy to arrange a replacement or professional refinishing of your diamond at no additional cost. Your satisfaction and confidence in your jewelry are our top priorities. Also, we’d like to clarify that while diamonds are the hardest known natural material, surface abrasions can sometimes occur during setting, polishing, or shipping if exposed to friction with another surface. Even minor handling during transit can occasionally cause this, though it is very rare. We truly regret that this occurred with your piece, and we’ll make sure to resolve this promptly so you can move forward with your special proposal as planned. Warm regards, Team Rosec Jewels 💎
