Absolutely stunning rings
Absolutely stunning rings. Genuine moissanite, and the opal is absolutely the star of the show! Customer service was very fast to fix my husbands mistake when he initially placed our order, My husband had selected the wrong size. Within 12 hours he got a replying email stating they fixed it and had my proper size updated! Delivery was rather quick and there were no issues during the delivery process. It took less than a week to receive! I absolutely recommend Rosec Jewels!

I am disspointed in my purchase of engagement ring
I had bought engagement ring from them. The lab grown diamond ring I got was fake. More over, One of the stones came off in about 2 weeks of my fiance wearing the ring. I was later told the anchors that hold the stones in place have been worn out. It was as if they were worn before. Never buying anything here again.
To clarify based on your response as you were confident you did not receive my complaint and you think your jewels are authentic:
I bought the engagement ring much earlier for my fiance before my proposal because I wanted to surpirse her. Hence 30 days passed because of that. As my proposal was on April 13th.
Secondly, I did reachout to your support team on whatsapp at +1 (347) 923-6675 on April 26th and your team said they can only ship me the stone as the 30 day has passed. After the stone arrived, we went to get it fixed on June 11 2026 at a jewelery repair store where the guy literally had to check 3 times if it was a diamond and told us it is not. Then we had to pay $172 to get all 4 side stone holders in proper shape as they were all worn out. I have recipet for this as well.

First, regarding the authenticity of your product: you purchased our Certified 5X7 MM Oval Lab Grown Diamond Ring Set. We can assure you that all our lab-grown diamonds are authentic, as specified in the descriptions. Your purchase is supported by a specific third-party certificate that confirms its quality and authenticity. The idea that you received a 'fake' product is incorrect, and we are happy to share your specific certificate details with you again for reassurance.
Second, we are particularly concerned to hear that a stone came off just two weeks after your fiancée started wearing the ring. For such a significant event on an engagement ring, our absolute top priority would have been to fix it immediately.
We have checked our system and do not have any record of a support ticket, phone call, or email from you regarding this issue over the past three months since your purchase. We have a clear 30-day warranty and exchange policy exactly for this type of issue, which would have been easily resolved for you months ago if we had known.
It is unusual that this is the first we are hearing of your concerns nearly three months after delivery. However, we still want to help resolve this for you. Please contact our support team directly at [email protected] or (+1) 347 923 6675 with your order number, so we can arrange to have the ring inspected, repair the setting, and ensure it is in perfect condition for your fiancée.

Love the Style but Overpriced
I love the style of the earrings, and the stones are nice, but one of the leverbacks is out of alignment which makes it difficult to secure in my ears. The earrings came with a ticket that says they are 14kt gold, but I do not see it stamped on the earrings. The picture of the earrings on the website is obviously enlarged to show detail, but I find the actual leverbacks a bit flimsy, but maybe all are made that way. I took pictures to compare an older pair vs my recent purchase.
I will sum it up to say that I am not 100% satisfied with my purchase and not sure if I will make another. I do love the style of the earrings, but feel they are overpriced for the quality received.

I appreciate receiving a message from a team member at Rosec. I assume it was sent by a person rather than an AI, as those distinctions can sometimes be unclear.
As suggested by the team member, I will reach out to customer care, but I seriously doubt anything will be done to resolve the issue. The photographers image of the earrings is what sold me, but that is not the merchandise I received. I do not like leaving negative feedback, but this was my loss.
