Roost & RootReviews of roostandroot.com

Excellent product, excellent service and all made in the USA. Don’t see that nearly enough. Well done!

Good Customer Service before and after purchase

The coop is well built and was delivered as promised. I wanted to buy materials to expand it but had difficulty getting hold of a representative and never did get answers to my questions.

Excellent experience from start to finish. High quality, clear instructions and well designed. The only thing I wish was done was that the door to the coop be pre-hung (not enough of an issue to not award 5 stars). My chickens are very happy in their new home.

I had purchased a round-top stand-up coop for my wife for her birthday. After doing extensive product research and choosing Urban Coop I must say the end product was beyond my expectations. As a retired Architect I found the design, materials and assembly instructions vastly superior to any of coops I had studied. It is a rare experience to find a company that has customer service that is as easy and friendly to work with as the UrbanCoop Company. Would I recommend them? Without a doubt!

They were incredibly helpful and the coop is amazing quality!

I must say, if you’re looking for a top quality product look no further! They are the best on the market. Love the product. Love the way it was packaged. The instructions, the tools required, everything you need it to put it together was all packaged nicely. The quality of my coop is remarkable! Let’s just say it far exceeded my expectations. Will definitely order from them again! You just won’t find a better product. Just my Opinion, thanks again !!

Love our coop
