Absolutely worth every penny! I admit it was hard to contemplate spending this much money when I am handy enough to build a coop. but you cannot fathom all the things that are thought of when it comes to convenience for you, and the health of your hens. So easy to maintain, feed, clean... and the birds seem to love it. The easier it is to take care of your city birds, the less likely you'll give up on the idea and everything you did spend money on will be a waste. This is a no brainer. Best part is, it's also attractive.

Great local company, our coop is top notch, and our five chickens feel right at home. Thanks Urban Coop!!!

I love our new coop and my girls seem to too! Such smart design! The storm panels are genius.

The coop is awesome, only problem here in the northwest we get a lot of rain. We use pellets on the platform that we built for the coop, but they keep getting wet. I’m going to put a sheet metal skirt around the base to see if that helps.

Urban Coop was great to work with. I had a lot of pre-questions, delivery questions, and a couple after delivery questions. ALL of my concerns and questions were answered. I would say customer service is top of the line. I would probably give the coop 4 stars at this point, because I have not made it through a winter yet. I can better rate it after that. But, my guts tell me it might be a little slight for winter and I am not sure about water not freezing. I am worried about the underneath of the coop being open completely. But, as a whole, I believe I purchased the best pre-made coop out there. ( I purchased the Walk In coop)

Love it!! Only a few months in but so far so good.

I love the coop I purchased, and I believe so do my fluffy butts. It was easy for my brother and I to put together, and easy to move (we have moved it once). I have purchase a second basic unit to expand. I was very impressed by the quality of materials and workmanship.

My chicks are wonderfully safe so far. No signs of predator attempted permeation. I would have awarded 5 stars if the extra runway had its own door and if the coop itself has one more access point. To clean the middle of the coop when it is attached to the runway, as constructed requires you to disconnect the two pieces. For me it’s a 2 person job. For this reason it is super hard to clean and your best option becomes just lifting and moving the coop around. Now I have lots of dead lawn! On a positive notes, the coop is super cute and well constructed. I had the whole thing delivered constructed, which was fabulous! Would buy another coop from this company for sure!
