Hi, Kristina! Thanks for reaching out. Would you be willing to call us at 877-741-2667 to chat about this or send us a picture to [email protected]? The coop that you ordered is not designed to have a lock anywhere near the feeder. Maybe there was some confusion in the assembly instructions? Let work together to get this resolved! Hope to hear from you!

Thank you for the review. We are glad the final product turned out well. I'm disappointed to hear that there was confusion with some of the parts. We have a very detailed system of labeling parts not just for the customer but for our packaging staff as well. I am happy that we managed to assign the correct parts to your order in spite of the labeling issues. Is there any chance you remember which parts were not labeled or were mislabeled? I'd love to hear more feedback if you're willing to share. It would be very helpful to us here in the shop. If you have time please reach out to us at [email protected]. We redesigned the model the you purchased and your production batch was the first to receive the Walk-In 2.0. If there are any additional comments you have about the assembly process, the instructions, or tips about how to make it a better experience for the customer please let us know. We take our responsibility to our customers seriously. When we receive a review like this it hurts, but we use it as an opportunity to learn. We do our best to prevent the same issue from happening to a future customer. I am grateful for your business and for the constructive criticism. We would love to hear more! [email protected]

Thanks for the review, Theresa! Thanks for the compliment on the clips! It took months of brainstorming and the help of a dozen 3D printers to bring that concept to life. We actually used to have 4 clips on each panel but the overwhelming feedback was that it was a significantly smoother install to reduce the clips. I will make sure to pass along you suggestion. Enjoy chickenkeeping!
